Jinggo Montenejo
Jinggo Montenejo is the founder and creative lead of Keylight Studio, bringing more than 15 years of experience in commercial photography, documentary filmmaking, and visual storytelling.
His work spans editorial, corporate, advertising, and documentary projects for leading brands, institutions, and publications, with a focus on creating authentic, human-centered stories through photography and film.

Creative Producer & Production Lead
Pepper Valencia
Jennifer “Pepper” Valencia is a veteran producer with over 20 years of experience in film, television, documentary, and digital content production.
Having produced more than 30 feature films and hundreds of content projects, she brings deep expertise in budgeting, scheduling, production management, post-production supervision, and large-scale project execution. Her leadership ensures projects are delivered efficiently, professionally, and to the highest production standards.

Lalou Gabriel
Lalou Gabriel oversees client communications and operational coordination for Keylight Studio.
With extensive experience supporting executive leadership in the media and entertainment industry, she manages scheduling, project administration, logistics, and client relations. Her role ensures smooth communication, organized workflows, and a seamless experience for clients from project kickoff through final delivery.
