PHOTOGRAPHY

What information do we need to quote a photography project?


1. What needs to be photographed? People, products or places? 2. How many layouts are needed? A layout is an arrangement in a photograph. This can be one or multiple people, a pose, an attire change, a product angle, a space or lighting change. 3. Where will the shoot be done? Your place, your office, our studio, someone else's studio, out of town? 4. Do you have sample images that shows the lighting or the concept you have in mind? 5. Where will the images be used? Personal use only, marketing collaterals, billboards, social media? 6. What is your budget for this project? 7. When is your deadline for the images?




How do we charge?


We charge based on expected manhours, resources and logistics needed. For commercial purposes we also charge for licencing and usage. For projects that require managing third party vendors or contractors, we will charge a management fee. We will state the fees so you know what you are paying for.




What kind of photo editing is included in our photography package?


Basic editing is included in our packages. This involves color correction, sharpening and cropping if needed. Any complex image editing will require additional fees.




Who owns the photos from the shoot?


Keylight Studio owns the photos after the shoot and we grant our clients exclusive use and license to use the images locally or overseas. This arrangement is the most cost effective approach instead of charging for the cost of transferring the ownership to the client. Keylight also retains right to use the images for self promotion. We never resell images to any third party.




How will we send the photos?


We use a password protected gallery to store your images for previewing and downloading.




Do we require a downpayment?


Yes we do. In order to block out the dates of the shoot and mobilize our team we will require anywhere from 50 to 70% non-refundable downpayment. This amount is dependent on the logistics and resources needed to prepare for the shoot. We require the deposit at least 2 weeks before the shoot date.




Can you issue an OR?


Yes. We are VAT registered with the BIR. You can use the OR as marketing expense and input VAT for your company.




What kind of photography can we do?


We can do corporate, portraits, documentary, product, food, athletics (sports), architectural and interiors and pet photography. Yes, we are versatile! But if you have something in mind that's not here, please drop us a note. We might just surprise you.




Do you have a studio?


Yes, we have a studio here in Quezon City. Just a stone's throw away from some of the best restaurants in the Metro. We are at 109 Sct Fernandez St Quezon City. We can shoot people, pets and products in the studio.





VIDEO PRODUCTION

What information do we need to quote a video project?


1. What kind of video is this? Is this an ad, a testimonial, a product demo, marketing video? 2. What is your concept for this video? 3. How many videos are you looking to do? We give discounts for multiple videos. 4. Where will the shoot be done? Your home, your office, our studio, out of town? 5. Do you have a sample or a reference video that you can share with us? 6. Where will the video be used? Personal use, TV, billboards, social media etc? 7. Can you give us your budget range? 8. When is your deadline for the video?




How do we charge?


Similar to our photography projects, we charge based on manpower, resources and logistics required for the shoot. We also charge management fees for contractors and third party suppliers that are needed for the shoot. We will state the fees so you know what you are paying for.




How many revisions do we allow per video?


We allow one major revision and two minor revisions. If you need to do more revisions, we can do this at an additional cost. We recommend that you compile all the requests from your project team rather than submitting requests separately.




Do we require a downpayment?


Yes we do. In order to block out the dates of the shoot and mobilize our team we will require anywhere from 50 to 70% downpayment. This amount is dependent on the logistics and resources needed to prepare for the shoot. We will require the deposit before we start the conceptualization stage of the video. This can be at least a month before the shoot date.




Can you issue an OR?

What kind of videos can you do?


We can make these videos for you: - TVCs, digital ads - Corporate videos, AVPs - Educational videos - Interiors/architecture videos, walkthroughs - Interviews - Personal content/vlogs - Music videos





POST PRODUCTION

What if I already have my own videos?


Sure! Send over the videos and we can do post production for you. We will still need your concept so we can determine the music, VO and copy we need to include in the video.
